Elderberry Jelly

Spreadable yumminess for your PB&J!!  I make a cream cheese cookie that uses a fruit filling and I think this Christmas it will be elderberry filled!!  Use as an ice cream topping!  

1- 8 oz. jar

Ingredients:  elderberries, sugar, pectin, lemon juice, cinnamon & ginger
